Storms not letting up so deciede to get out. Have to hike app/ 5 miles out to trailhead where I left my atv. Storm caught me so holed up in the timber and built a fire to set out the hail. Watched lightning hit across the meadow. One lightning strike was right near me as saw the flash and heard the thunder at the same time.
As I was sitting by my fire watched the storm. Watched lightning strike thru the gap in the trees in the above photo. It hit the trees on the far edge of the meadow.
