This is a typical natural gas well head. The well head is in the foreground. The natural gas flows thru pipes to the boiler. The heating boiler is on the right in the background and it runs on natural gas. The tanks in the rear left contain condensate with is a liquid by product of natural gas similar to gasoline, it has been called drip. The building on the left is communication with a solar panel and antenna. The gas field have been using solar panels for years to produce the little amount of electricity they need at the well head. In the rear on the left a natural gas pipeline can be seen thru the snow. Each individual well is connected to a pipeline, which connnects to larger lines and finally to the bigger pipelines that take natural gas to your and my town to heat our homes. As I am typing this is just about zero and I am comfortable as my home is heated by natural gas.
