  1. A look back into Dry Fork canyon from near the summit of Pine ridge. Areas in the center of the picture and extending to the left appear to have been burned. They were cut by BLM to get rid of the cedars and what they thought was a fire hazard. Trees were cut up and left on the ground to go back to nature. Local people wanted to use the wood for fence post and fire wood but this was not allowed. You figure it out because I can't, it doesn't make sense to me.
